Before You Request Deletion
Please ensure the following before submitting your deletion request:
- All active jobs are completed or cancelled
- Any pending payouts (Taskers) have been received
- Any outstanding disputes are resolved
- You have saved any records or receipts you may need for tax purposes
How to Delete Your Account
To request account and data deletion, send an email to our dedicated deletion address. We process all requests within 30 days of receipt and will send you a confirmation once complete.
Open your email app and address a new message to delete@voolapp.com.
Provide the email address and/or username associated with your VOOL account so we can locate it.
Include the text: "I would like to permanently delete my VOOL account and all associated personal data."
We'll email you once your account has been deleted, typically within 30 days of your request.

📁 Legally Retained
- Transaction and payment records (up to 7 years, as required by financial law)
- Records required for active legal disputes
- Records subject to law enforcement requests
- Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregated data
