App Access Policy

This policy describes every device permission VOOL requests, why each is needed, and how you can manage or revoke access at any time.
1. Overview
VOOL, operated by Leandro Ramos Ching, requests only the permissions necessary to deliver core app functionality. We do not access any device capability beyond what is described in this policy, and we never access device resources in the background without your knowledge.
2. Permissions We Request
Photos & Video Uploads
Allows you to photograph jobs, upload completed work evidence, or add a profile photo. Only activated when you explicitly open the camera within the app. Never accessed in the background.
Location Services
Used to match Taskers with nearby job listings and show relevant work in your area. Precise location is only read when the app is active and you have enabled location features. No background location tracking.
Push Notifications
Sends you real-time alerts for new job matches, messages from Job Posters or Taskers, payment confirmations, and account updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Internet Access
Required for all core functionality — loading listings, messaging, payment processing, and all communication with VOOL servers.
Advertising ID
Used to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. You can opt out via your device's advertising settings at any time.
Media Library
Lets you select and upload existing photos or documents from your device gallery — for example, uploading proof of qualifications or completed task photos.

- Microphone / audio recording
- Contacts or address book
- Call logs or SMS messages
- Biometric or health data
- Background location tracking
3. Managing Your Permissions
You can review and revoke any permission at any time through your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Apps → VOOL → Permissions
- iOS: Settings → VOOL → toggle any permission on or off
Revoking a permission disables the associated feature but does not affect your access to the rest of the app.
