Content Ratings Policy

This policy describes VOOL's content rating, what types of content are permitted on the platform, and how we enforce our community standards.
1. App Content Rating
VOOL is rated 18+ for legal and compliance reasons associated with entering into work agreements, processing payments, and establishing service contracts. This rating does not reflect the presence of adult, explicit, or R-rated material. VOOL does not contain or promote adult content, strong language, sexual content, or any other R18-regulated material.
This rating aligns with the IARC (International Age Rating Coalition) classification system used on Google Play and the App Store.
2. Nature of Content on VOOL
VOOL is a professional gig economy platform. Content on the platform is primarily professional and task-oriented in nature:
- Job listings and task descriptions posted by Job Posters
- Tasker profiles, skills, and portfolios
- Photos of job sites, completed work, or deliverables
- Reviews and ratings between users
- Professional messaging between Job Posters and Taskers
3. Permitted vs. Prohibited Content

- Sexually explicit or adult content
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Harassment or threats toward other users
- Fraudulent job listings or scam offers
- Content promoting illegal services
- Spam or deceptive profiles
- Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
- Intellectual property infringement
4. User-Generated Content
VOOL hosts user-generated content including job listings, profiles, messages, and photos. While we use automated and human moderation tools, we cannot guarantee real-time review of all content. Users are fully responsible for the content they post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly breach our standards.
5. Reporting Violations
Users may report content or behaviour that violates this policy using the in-app report function or by emailing info@voolapp.com. We investigate all reports and aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this Content Policy may result in content removal, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement where legally required.
