Delete Your
Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your VOOL account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove all your posts, profile information, followers, and activity from VOOL. Any unused subscription time will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

How to Delete Your Account

To request full account and data deletion, send an email to our support team. We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Compose a deletion request email

Open your email app and create a new email addressed to delete@voolapp.com.

Include your account details

In the body of your email, include your registered email address and/or username so we can locate your account.

State your deletion request clearly

Write "I would like to permanently delete my VOOL account and all associated data" in the email body.

Wait for confirmation

We'll send a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted, typically within 30 days.
