How to Delete Your Account
To request full account and data deletion, send an email to our support team. We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
Open your email app and create a new email addressed to delete@voolapp.com.
In the body of your email, include your registered email address and/or username so we can locate your account.
Write "I would like to permanently delete my VOOL account and all associated data" in the email body.
We'll send a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted, typically within 30 days.

Upon processing your deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile, username, and display name
- All posts, comments, and media you have published
- Your followers and following lists
- Your direct messages and notifications
- All personal data associated with your account
- Your advertising preferences and history
What We Retain
We may retain certain non-personal data or records where required by law, including:
- Transaction and payment records (as required by financial regulations, typically 7 years)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot identify you
- Records related to legal disputes or law enforcement requests
