Financial Features Policy

This policy explains how payments and payouts work on VOOL, how your financial data is protected, and your rights as a paying user.
1. Overview
VOOL, operated by Leandro Ramos Ching, facilitates financial transactions between Job Posters and Taskers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a leading global payment infrastructure provider. Leandro Ramos Ching does not directly store, process, or handle raw payment card data at any point.
2. How Payments Work on VOOL
When a job is accepted, the Job Poster authorises payment through Stripe's secure checkout. Funds may be held in escrow until the task is completed.
Once a task is confirmed as complete, funds are released from escrow to the Tasker's account.
Taskers receive payouts via Stripe Connect to their nominated bank account or debit card according to the payout schedule.
VOOL deducts a platform service fee from transactions as disclosed at the point of job acceptance.
All card data is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment forms. Leandro Ramos Ching never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. Stripe holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification — the highest standard in payment security. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
VOOL accepts payments through Stripe's supported methods, which may include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other payment methods available in your region. Available methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Platform Fees
VOOL charges a service fee on transactions to support platform operations. Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is confirmed. Leandro Ramos Ching reserves the right to update fee structures with prior notice to users.
5. Refund and Dispute Policy
All transactions are generally final once a task is confirmed as complete. However, VOOL offers a dispute resolution process:
- If a task was not completed as agreed, Job Posters may raise a dispute within 48 hours of task completion
- VOOL will review disputes and mediate between parties in good faith
- Leandro Ramos Ching's decision on disputes is final, subject to applicable law
- Refunds, where approved, will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe

6. Tasker Payouts
Taskers must connect a valid Stripe-supported bank account or debit card to receive payouts. Payout timelines are subject to Stripe's processing schedule and may vary by region. Leandro Ramos Ching is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your bank.
7. Taxes
Users are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from income earned or payments made through VOOL. Taskers earning income through the platform may be required to report earnings to tax authorities. VOOL may provide transaction summaries to assist with tax reporting but does not provide tax advice.
8. Financial Data We Hold
- Transaction IDs, amounts, and dates
- Billing country and postal code (for tax compliance)
- Last 4 digits of payment card (as stored and displayed by Stripe)
- Payout account details (held by Stripe on our behalf)
We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers.
9. Fraud Prevention
We use Stripe's fraud detection tools alongside our own monitoring to identify and prevent unauthorised transactions. Accounts suspected of financial fraud will be suspended pending investigation and may be reported to law enforcement.
