This policy defines who VOOL is designed for, the nature of our platform's content, and how we protect our users.
1. Intended Audience
VOOL is exclusively designed for adult users. This restriction exists for legal compliance reasons relating to work agreements, service contracts, and financial transactions — not because of any adult, explicit, or age-restricted content on the platform.
Why 18+? Entering into legally binding service agreements, receiving payment for work, and using financial services such as Stripe requires users to be of legal adult age. VOOL does not contain adult material, explicit content, or any R18-regulated content.
2. Who Uses VOOL
VOOL serves two distinct types of adult users:
- Job Posters: Adults who need tasks or services completed in their area — such as home repairs, deliveries, cleaning, assembly, or other gig-economy work.
- Taskers: Adult freelancers who offer their skills and services to complete jobs posted by Job Posters in their local area.
3. Content Designed for Our Audience
All content on VOOL is professional and task-oriented. The platform is designed to facilitate legitimate work relationships between adults. Content is expected to be:
- Professional and work-relevant
- Honest and accurate
- Respectful of other users
- Free from any discriminatory, explicit, or harmful material
4. No Content Directed at Minors
VOOL is not directed at or marketed to children or minors under any circumstances. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to register. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data, and notify the relevant parties if necessary.
5. Age Verification at Registration
During account registration, users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, users represent and warrant that they meet this age requirement. Providing false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
6. Advertising and Our Audience
Because VOOL is exclusively for adults, all advertising on the platform is directed at adult users. We do not apply special minor-oriented advertising restrictions as we do not permit minors to use the platform.
7. Workplace Equality and Non-Discrimination
VOOL is committed to providing an equal platform for all adult users regardless of race, gender, religion, age (18+), sexual orientation, disability, or national origin. Discriminatory job postings or user behaviour will result in account termination.
